Denise grew up in Springfield and Dayton and moved to Columbus in 2008. She was fascinated at a very young age watching her community and neighborhoods within it, grow and change. This inspired a passion for home ownership and creating unique and special spaces with everyone in mind. She started rehabbing homes throughout Central Ohio to bring this passion to reality and then decided to get her real estate license to help others do the same.
Denise joined the Home Connections Group in 2023 and knew right from the start how to get in front of the right people to make things come together for her clients. She has worked tirelessly to connect her clients with the list of resources she has to help them make the right decisions in financing, title, and inspections. One of her greatest skillsets is communication. She follows through on every promise. In this business time is of the essence and Denise pushes to make sure a deadline is never missed. She knows how to navigate a contract and make sure her client is always on track to get to the closing table.
Denise loves to travel and one of her dreams is to explore the world and document her experiences. As mentioned above she also loves working with her family to rehab homes in Central Ohio. She would also like to have her own TV show one day to share all her inspirations!
