Denise came HIGHLY recommended by a friend of mine and from our first conversation, I understood exactly why. I initially went into the process knowing I needed to sell my home, without a possibility of buying another in my head. Day 1, Denise said she could definitely sell my home, even after hearing the challenges she would face, and help me find a new home to rent or buy. I was in a tough situation with my home but Denise made me feel supported, valued and respected every interaction. That meant the world to me because other realtors talked down in a judgmental way but Denise saw potential and kept a positive attitude! This in and of itself meant the world to me. We certainly faced challenges but it was a partnership and she always fought for what my family needed. Denise went to bat for us time after time without complaint and made what felt impossible, possible for us. I quickly learned that having Denise in my corner meant my dreams could become a reality! In the end, Denise found us a new home to buy that met the needs of my family. When we attended the closing of our new home, my son’s girlfriend informed us that when it came time for them to buy their first home, they already discussed only using Denise! Her impact and influence was so powerful that it reached my children without my realization. She built trust not only with me but my family as well. I will never use another realtor for future real estate purchases, my family will be her clients for life! Lastly I will mention that she partners with others who take this role just as seriously as she does. This makes the process a 10/10 with such great partnership on all levels. As a single Mom, I haven’t felt this supported by another individual and cannot thank Denise enough for all she’s done these past few months. She’s helped to put our family on the right track and we are forever grateful!
